The weather ceased to let up and due to high winds this put our build programme and erection of the main two fascias back by two days. However we maintained determination to get the site up and as you can see from the latest photographs, the finishing of the corners is yet to be completed and the white area below is due to be finalised before the start of the Games. The illumination is better than we originally anticipated and lights up the building splendidly.

We are now into the final week for the installation of fabricated framework.  The weather has been really difficult to deal with, but despite this we have accelerated the build programme by three days in advance of the timeline forecast.  The site should be clear of frame equipment by the end of the week with the installation of the main and side banners commencing next week.

Work on site is progressing according to plan with all fabricated materials and metal work being incorporated.  The special phthalate and PVC free material is being printed in Germany and in the UK ready for installation before the games begin.
